Off-Day Sparkling Water
Purpose:
This project was to invent a new line for Gatorade. I chose to make a sparkling water and title it "Off-Day," since people would be drinking it on their off-days. The point of the design was to be fun and inspire people to do something on their days off instead of just sitting inside.

The Design
The Off-Day label design for sparkling water is intended to capture the lightheartedness of taking a break. The vibrant color palette and bubbly font are designed to be cheerful and inviting, with an illustration of a fruity flavor that denotes indulgence. To further highlight the idea of relaxation, the background features a bright color palette to symbolize taking a break and having your own blank canvas to enjoy the day.
The Off-Day label design was created to be fun and accessible, giving people permission to relax and take a few moments for themselves. The whimsical yet sophisticated aesthetic of the label is designed to make everyone feel like they can have a moment of repose and enjoyment without having any guilt attached.
The Characters
The Off-Day characters were designed to capture the feeling of taking a break from work or school and indulging in something fun. Each character was hand drawn with its own unique personality that reflects the flavor it represents, such as Strawberry, Pineapple, Mango, and Watermelon. The characters are meant to be inviting and joyful, showing them performing activities that bring joy during an off-day. The characters provide an easy way to connect with people about the Off-Day product, allowing them to identify with the flavor they like best and find a bit of joy in their day thanks to these fun characters. All of these characters are converted into vector from hand drawing to keep a consistent and clean look.
Social Media
By creating these fun and eye-catching videos, Off-Day is able to engage customers in a unique and exciting way. We want our customers to find joy through their usage of the Off-Day product, and these visuals are meant to bring that joy to life and represent an old-style cartoon intro. With each colorful title representing the specific flavor, we hope our customers will find the fun and energy of Off-Day irresistible! These videos of the spinning cans are best shown through posts while the looping video above should be posted through reels.
